In the end, it was decided that five Loporrits would join the war. Rean had access to all the Chaos Laws and Energy he desired, so he worked with Droman and the others to create recipients. It was very similar to the items that contained Chaos Laws inside but built especially for it and had Chaos Energy included. 

Bunbun received a Spatial Ring with these recipients. There was enough there for him to fight at the Peak of the Divinity Realm for various days nonstop. Obviously, the other four Loporrits received the same. Once Garisan attacked, those five Loporrits would come and join the Lisan Universe Armies.
