After the war started, Droman and a few other elders were in charge of putting several communication formations. They made it in a way that only they knew how it worked. Thanks to that, information was quickly delivered through the entire battlefield swiftly without leakage. There were obviously Thoughts Transmission Talismans, but they couldn't afford to use those things for every movement on the enemy's side.

This time, it was quite easy and fast to build this particular system. After all, it would only pass orders back and forth. There is simply not enough traffic to overload the cables. They also made it in a web-like manner so that even if one or two cables were cut, the communication would most likely not stop.
