Zusammenfassung
Following the events surrounding the sale of Death Note, the government has responded by increasing penalties: any use of the notebook, peaceful or otherwise, is now punishable by a fine of $421 552,00 and 20 years' imprisonment. However, proving one's innocence can earn a bonus of $21 203,00. Despite these drastic measures, Shōhei Kyōden, a young rebel tagger, hatches a daring plan to exploit the notebook while circumventing the law.
