Kapitel 165: Memories

Ambai angrily ran around the maze. She spotted two more dead ends, but she did not reach closer to them to activate it. Her emotions were on a roll, so she did not wish to immerse in another one of Nyx's memory and get pissed off even more.

Nyx, who was following after, silently coughed. "Aren't you going to...."

"I don't want to...." Ambai mumbled softly. She sat by one of the maze's walls and softly hummed a tune to calm her tight nerves.

"Why don't you..."

"Seeing these memories, I feel like Rebus never loved me. I feel like al off that was an act."

Nyx hugged her tightly. "He likes you Ambai...no, he loved you so much,"

"How do you even know that? I thought you forget stuff," she stuttered, wiping away her tears.

"I guess I remember now," the goddess shrugged with a cute smile on her face. "Now wipe your tears away. lets go explore more of these and get out of here..."
