Since that day, our previously peaceful race no longer exists. Weaklings had no place amongst us; only the strongest survived to see another day.

The once harmonious coexistence we cherished was shattered, replaced by a ruthless hierarchy where power dictated our every move.

Those who couldn't adapt to this new reality were swiftly cast aside, leaving behind a stark contrast to the unity we once shared. 

They turned us into the animals they believed we were.

The memory of that day is as clear to me now as it was when it happened. 

Everything that took place, despite the fact that I was only a young boy of seven years old at the time, remained as clear in my memory as if it were something that had taken place just yesterday.
