Kapitel 122: A woman scorned

Far away from Morville Castle, in a dark alley a figure whose hair was now covered in dirts groaned with pain, trying his best to rub off the mark from his neck. Lord Ryver grunted, as he dragged his body on the puddle covered ground. The transformation going on in his body had affected his whole being that he wasn't able to speak or stand but he knew he didn't want to change into the same being he hated the most.

The kind that had killed his father, he was now going to be a vampire. Thinking about his daughter, Lord Ryver knew he had to stay alive no matter what. She was the only family he has, and they both needed each other.

As people passed the alley, some ran fast other turned back when they heard the strange sounds the man was making but standing close to the alley were the people sent by Lady Lucia to watch the young man and make sure his transformation process was uninterrupted and no human was harmed.
