Regina held her straight face and looked into his eyes as sharply as possible. She was unsure what to do.

"That is power." He spoke. "Right now I feel no remorse or guilt. I shot him because I felt good doing it."

Then he looked at his workers, "And they keep on working because they know what happens when they step out of line."

He then again turned to her and continued, "The road to absolute power is not an easy one. But when you get there, the world bows before you."

Saying that he grabbed her arm and guided her out the room.

'I will never bow to you.'

Even though Regina said that to herself, she realized how weak she really was next to him. She had always thought she was as strong as steel, but after seeing the scene just now, she understood the truth.

When they returned to the mansion, Vulture followed her to her room. With every step closer, she feared what would happen next. He had left her in peace for a few weeks now.
