Kapitel 25: Chapter Twenty Five

The weather is so fine. The air feels refreshing. It makes people feel at home outside. Just like what Alex is doing now, along with her family and also Adrian's family.

That afternoon, she spent time in the garden behind the Herrera family's house—the house before they moved to Japan—which is currently occupied by Alice and her husband to celebrate Jason's promotion at the company, which led to him moving back to Manila. Jason doesn't really work at Adrian's family company. The man started it all from the ground up. He was a child who was raised in an orphanage, so he became an independent figure. Maybe that's what made Adrian's sister fall in love with him.

"Is it just me, or are you staring at Jason?"

Alex was surprised by the man's sudden arrival. She sighed. "I did look at him. What about it?"

Adrian snorted back. "He's your brother-in-law. Did you forget it?"

She rolled her eyes lazily. "And since when did I marry you, that Jason became my brother-in-law?"
