Kapitel 502: Making Plans.

When Jen heard him say they were getting married next week, she wanted to protest, but for some reason, she stayed quiet and just looked at Lucas whose face did not look like he was welcome to make any form of discussion. It was non-negotiable. He was informing her at this point, not asking for permission anymore.

Lucas was not going to budge on this, he was hoping that she wouldn't resist him this time and go along with his plan. The two of them had a long moment of silence as they stared at each other. Jen pursed her lips together as she looked at Lucas before smiling.

"I'll listen to you," Jen agreed and Lucas breathed out in relief. It was very nerve wracking for him. Seeing how nervous he actually was, Jen couldn't help but laugh at him. Since they got pregnant ahead of time, they might as well get married ahead of time.

"But isn't next week too soon?" Jen asked as she looked at how Lucas was playing with her fingers.
