Bertha looked at Briar with a helpless smile but understood the kind of emotions she was feeling at that moment.

Watching on the other side were two people. One male and one female, and both of them seemed to be around the same age.

The female turned to Bertha and suddenly asked, "Bertha, are you really going to watch her drool like that when she has a banquet to attend?"

Bertha shrugged, a smile on her face as she looked at the other and answered, "Irene, why spoil her moment? Have you forgotten the day you got yours?"

Upon hearing that, Irene's eyes squinted as she reminisced about that day. If she wasn't mistaken, she was slightly worse than Briar; it was understandable.
