Kapitel 19: Chaoter Nineteen: Weakest
Everyone felt the coldness in their feet just by the thought of dungeon. Everyone knows how terrifying a dungeon is, even if it was rank as E, not an A or S.
"I am not up for a dungeon." Florian looks at Klien.
"You're not excused even if you are a prince," Florian whisper at Klien. He heard that those crowned prince are not supposed to be in danger, and those who have a potential to replace the crown prince in case something happens unexpectedly.
"You know, one of the student council can hear you even if you whisper," Taehyun said as he place his face near Florian and Klien.
Klien sigh as now two, no, three people know about him being a prince despite the fact that he never wanted people to know it. And he wanted to try everything to hide it while he was still in this school. Guess he can not do that anymore.
"And just so you know, I am also a prince." Klien and Florian drop their eyes on Taehyun. His left hand is placed on his chest while his right hand is open wide. "The prince of muscles and abs."
The two can not believe what they just heard from Taehyun. He really enjoys praising himself so much to the point where it feels so concerning. They just hope that it was not contagious since they do not want to have it.
"You should be fine with a dungeon. Isn't that place also used to train mages? Besides, they won't put students in a rank A dungeon. Cause if the student dies, they will face with a great responsibility." Florian reassured Klien.
"Group yourself into five..." they look at each other. They are three and they will just wait for another two to join them for them to complete what was requested. "In 5 minutes!"
All the students start rushing up, groups start to form at a rapid speed. They can clearly see how a thousand of students that are scattered all over the training ground become part of hundred groups.
"Take me." They all look at the girl who talked on their left. She was chewing a bubble gum as she was blowing and popping it on her lips. She was also smaller than them, even smaller than Klien. It has a bob cut hairstyle and has a natural shade of green in her hair.
She even has these bossy eyes, but since she was small, they all feel like they just see a five-year-old girl who's mad at everything.
"Okay," Florian said. The girl nod its head and stands beside them.
The four of them starts to wait for another person to join them as the president of the student council began her count down loudly. Letting all the students know how much time they have.
"Accept me," a guy said in front of them. They drop their eyes on the guy who has a big circle of eyeglasses covering his small face. He was even thin, Florian become afraid that if ever Klien hug him, all his bones will crack.
"Sure, that will make us five." Klien even smile after he said that. The guy stand next to them as the president finished her count down.
"Not bad. You all manage to find a group." The president nod its head as she was roaming her eyes on everyone. "Like the traditional, we'll be having a welcoming match for everyone. This is not just for the freshman, even a senior will be in this match. It was not to intimidate a freshman, but to learn who is the weakest."
Florian was not even sure but the moment the president finishes her words, her eyes seems like it lifted an exciting spirit deep within her. Like this is something she always wanted and something she's been waiting for all along.
"Learn about each other, as you will be fighting with your group. We will give you a minute to know each other and after that. The training will start."
"I'm Taehyun." Taehyun lifts his hand.
"Klien." Klien followed Taehyun as lift his hand as well.
"Florian," Florian said after lifting his arms to place their eyes on him.
"Da Xia," the small girl said as she was continues chewing her bubble gum.
"Li Wei." Last on the list is the thin guy with big eyeglass.
After telling all their names, none of them talk after that. No one knows what to say to each other, and awkwardness starts to form in their group.
"I tell it right away to not create a problem soon. I am the weakest among my family, so I am sorry to say this, but I might drag all of you along the way," Li Wei said. He can feel how cold his hand is and how dried his throat is. He felt all his nerves giving up after he said that. Li Wei wasn't sure where to join, as he knows he might be the one to drag them down.
"Ha!" Da Xia stops chewing her gums and laugh lightly as she was looking at Li Wei. Li Wei can feel how humiliated he is, just on the way the girl laugh at him.
"I am the weakest among our family as well. We ride on the same boat," Da Xia said, before laughing again at how hilarious they are. She could not believe they have two feeble mages in their group. She wanted to join this group as they all look like are stronger and enough to save her butt.
"That makes us the weakest group," Florian commented as Da Xia keeps on laughing. Guess they will face a tough battle in this training.
Florian was not sure if it was alright to tell them as well that he was also the weakest among their family. As it can drag down their spirits and lose the hope of wanting to survive in this battle, despite the fact that this is just a training.
"We can be the weakest, but we can still fight. We can still win." What Klien said gives smiles to everyone. What a speech from the prince.
"I'll show them the greatness of my muscles." They all let out a sigh at what Taehyun said.
"A minute pass." The voice echoed. "And everyone is on fire. Let this training begin!"
