Kapitel 251: What Engagement?

The afternoon atmosphere in one of the restaurants on the 31st level was as busy as ever, filled with people coming for afternoon tea while taking in the stunning views of the city in the afternoon.

At one table, two women seemed to be enjoying tea while eating a small cake provided on the set menu they ordered earlier. The two of them just sit still there, without saying anything.
