Kapitel 416: Reward?

My eyes were closed maybe for a few minutes but the lights suddenly turned on. I must've spooked Kaley when I glanced at the direction of the light switch so she immediately turned them off. I was not aware that more than an hour has passed after I took a short nap.

"Sorry~!"

"..." I said nothing as I laid my head back on my pillow.

I could hear Kaley slowly shuffling in the dark but I felt her hugging me from my back after a few minutes. She pressed her body against me but I slowly turned around to face her. She was slightly above me so she hugged me while my head was resting on her chest. I was about to doze off while in her embrace but she caressed my hair before she whispered in my ear.

"Sorry... I thought you two just turned the lights off... I didn't think you two would be sleeping..." Kaley whispered.

"It's okay... you didn't know... I'm just a little crazy when I lack sleep..."

"I didn't think you two would be done so fast… Tatiana's really knocked out..."
