  Did I just hear it right? Heron, not just the one who sent this young encantor to us, is the sub-leader of the land pirates?

  I don't know what I should think of this new information I got. Everything happened too fast. In previous days, we were chased down by the Lamician army, got ambushed by the Deravon, met Farin who was not on my side anymore, then stranded in Nero. And now, we just knew that Heron was now a captain. 

  That means Redael had not yet been found. I started to worry about her also. Despite me being cursed, and being a stranger to her, she decided to help us. 

    "W-Wait! Heron became a sub-leader of that group?!" Cainne explained after receiving the unexpected news from Vole. "A-And what does he mean he tasked you to teach Meria magic? I-Is me not enough?"

  Because of this, Vole let out a deep sigh.
