Huguel was determined to establish his authority in Zombo and so he decided to create a secret organization known as the Huguels. He kept the organization's existence a secret and few people knew about it.
The organization had its base somewhere on the outskirts of Zombo, and Huguel was keen to recruit members who could help him carry out his secret goals. Huguel demanded absolute loyalty from its members and imposed severe punishments if its secrets were shared with anyone outside the organization.
The Huguels' goals were unknown to the people of Zombo, but rumors had it that the organization was planning a coup against Pedroko. Huguel always refused to talk about what exactly the organization was planning, but it was clear that he had big ambitions for himself and his followers.
Huguel knew his organization was taking a big risk, but he was willing to risk everything to achieve his goals. He knew he needed to keep working in secret so his plans wouldn't be discovered.
Huguel's influence over Zombo was growing, and Huguel's secret organization could be the key to his victory. But only time would tell if Huguels would succeed in realizing its unknown goals.
