Kapitel 80: 80: A Celestial Light

Niki's body... torso... was tossed across the sand rather roughly but he made no reaction. 

...at least no extreme reaction. 

His eyes rolled back into his head, still producing tears.

A part of his nose was slashed off, barely hanging on through a few threads of flesh. 

His lips were fried till the point of bursting, his tongue pulled out in a rough manner, several incisions drawn over his face. 

His ears, symbol of his elven heritage were forced inside alongside his eyes.

One major part of his body was pulled beyond it's limits, never to rise ever again.

...many other mutilations were drawn across his body. 

Suddenly, a shockwave passed through the ground, lifting every object on it, including the body. 

The ground continued to tremble and soon after, a murkish shade of lightning started to crawl across it at terrifying speeds, leaving corroded matter in its wake.
