Isabel Smith looked at Percy Stanton who had supposedly returned to Ravenwood City, somewhat puzzled, and said subconsciously, "Weren't you back in Ravenwood City?"

Percy didn't answer Isabel's question. Instead, he closed the door of her living room and walked towards her.

Isabel sensed danger from Percy and instinctively stepped back, swallowing her saliva. She asked the man who was getting closer and closer to her, "…Why did you come back to Bellshire?"

Percy stopped right in front of her, barely an inch from her toes, his body pressing against hers.

Isabel subconsciously wanted to step back, but Percy quickly reached out his hand to stop her by the waist. He stared into her eyes and asked, his voice as gentle as the breeze, "Isabel, are you getting engaged?"

He had traveled all the way back to Ravenwood City, only to return to Bellshire, just to ask her face-to-face if she was really getting engaged.
