Kapitel 116: Tree of Life

When Alexander returned to the inn, it was deep into the night, but he was not the least bit tired. 

He opened the wooden box given to him by Leon and took out the twig inside to examine it closely.

The twig, no thicker than Alexander's index finger, was completely withered. According to Leon, it came from the Tree of Life, which was planted by the God of Life.

Could this possibly have something to do with Laura?

After pondering for a while, Alexander infused some life essence into the twig and observed the changes.

The twig seemed to resonate with Alexander's life essence, emitting a faint green glow and a mild aura.

This greatly delighted Alexander, and he continued to infuse life essence into it.

Gradually, the dried surface of the twig began to shine, and a tender bud slowly bloomed. As more life essence was added, the bud grew rapidly, sprouting several tender leaves, which emitted a stronger aura.
