Kapitel 9: CH:9 he respects me
"I am not joking, I don't even know to whom we call " family". The man said mockingly.
"Our blood relations, we call them family," Emma said.
She was angry because this scumbag has
not been showing this face to his family for 3 years. And don't care about them, just what the heck is wrong between them?
"Then my cousin I and you must be a family, right?" The man said flirtatiously.
Emma was irritated by him and doesn't want to reply any further so she just went towards his wardrobe and selected a few suits for him to wear.
"That's how good girlfriends do." The man said.
Emma passed him an aggressive look and overlooked him.
He just lay on the bed seeing her ironing his clothes, that satisfaction was out of the world.
"Hey, I am doing your work and you are laying casually how rude, bring me a cup of tea," Emma said requesting tea.
The man smiled and went to the kitchen to make tea for both of them.
Emma looked at him retreating and there was a bunch of thought inside her mind.
What grandpa will do to this scumbag?
Oh, what's happening to me?!
After some time the man came back with two cups of tea.
"Here is yours and it's mine." Handing over Emma's cup of tea the man said.
"Mason, are you sure you will meet Grandpa today?" Emma asked consciously.
"Hmm." He replied.
"Don't be afraid darling that old man can do nothing to me," Mason said further.
"Show some respect you are ungrateful," Emma said. She was angry because this scumbag always insults his family.
"Are not you afraid?" Mason asked Emma.
"Afraid of what?" Emma replied.
"I mean just look at you you always come to my home without any security what if someday I kidnap you?" Mason said and waited for Emma to answer.
"You know the reason why I chose David over you?" Emma asked in response to a question.
"He has money," Mason said smilingly.
"No, because he respects me, love is nothing without respect," Emma said making Mason startled.
