After eating, Jiang Yingyue continued to clean the desk, while Han Qingshan once more buried his head in the paperwork that he needed to deal with.

He needed to participate in a few video-conferences on the laptop and take another few phone calls, but it was turning late.

Jiang Yingyue was seated on the sofa and was reading through various books while he was working, and soon she felt her eyelids turn heavy.

Jiang Yingyue fell asleep seated on the sofa, and soon Han Qingshan moved over to place her down on it so that she could lay down and relax better.

It was evident that Jiang Yingyue was tired; she did not wake up at all while he was moving her. Instead, she just mumbled a little while readjusting into a comfortable position.

Han Qingshan leaned over and placed a kiss on her forehead, found a blanket, wrapped it around her, and then went back to the desk to focus on his work once more.
