'Did they betray me?' Fabian thought as he was walking towards the manor of the holy mage.

He couldn't understand why would they go straight towards the manor of the holy mage. Fabian started assuming that maybe they went there to get help for him. He was sure that there was no way in hell that they would just throw him under the bus. He was sure that his instructions for Claudia would be enough to foil their plan to throw him under the bus.

He was sure that Claudia couldn't plot anything. While Sophie had seen a good side of him. So she also wouldn't take any steps that could harm him. Unless he does something very evil. His main concern was Gloria. He could not read her at all.
