Kapitel 1: Chapter 1- "Fuck didn't I die already?"
In the midst of the night the mansion is filled with the screams of the fourth madam who is having trouble in giving birth and fourth madam is about lose her consequences

The mama and midwife encourages the fourth madam to give birth
