Kapitel 9: Chapter 9: I am a Farmer?
After the meeting ended, all the students and one teacher finally went out of the front gate of the church. They were going to descend the mountain and visit the Hairihi Kingdom. The church was located at the summit of "God's Mountain".
When the majestic church gates opened, there was a sea of clouds there to greet them. Even if it was very high, they did not feel the effects of the high altitude. Maybe it was because the magic made it a more comfortable living environment.
All of them then proceed to move toward a pedestal of circular shape with fences surrounding it that get closer to their location. The pedestal is made with the same color and material as the cathedral.
'What is the principle of this pedestal? Is this using wind for levitation or anti-gravity levitation? The only thing I can be sure of is that this is not magnetic levitation.' thought Kentarou
On the pedestal, there were huge magic formations carved into it. Which of course Kentarou immediately stored in his improved [Mind Library].
With all of them stood on the pedestal, Ishtar started to chant.
"The road that leads, opens for the faithful, "Tendou"."
As soon as he said that, the magic formation started to activate and shine. The pedestal started to move smoothly like it was on a ropeway, it moved diagonally towards the ground.
'Apparently, the "chant" empowered the magic formation engraved into the pedestal. The pedestal was most likely a ropeway which probably had a coordinate function locked in. Of course, this locking mechanism is probably centered toward the planet as an axis point.'
When the pedestal broke into the clouds, it caused an uproar which has happened since a while ago due to the first time the students saw magic.
Eventually, it passed through the clouds and all of them arrived at the roof of a castle. It can be noted that this probably is used by the religion to present some kind of image of "The Chosen of God descends from the heavens through the sea of clouds". Showing how the summoned is the members of the church.
When they arrived at the Royal Palace, they were ushered into the throne room straight away. They walked through the corridors filled with the beauty of the decorations. Along the way, they saw someone dressed up like a knight and maids that looked at the students with awe.
'It seems that the staff member of this castle already knows our identity or it is just our attire which gives out the sense of otherworlder.' though Kentarou.

Kentarou POV:
After that, they arrived in front of a set of huge double doors that were designed beautifully, two Soldiers stood at attention on both sides of the door when Ishtar and the party came. Without waiting for a reply, they opened the door.
Ishtar just leisurely entered like it was the natural thing to do. While other students except for a few like me walk in with nervous emotions.
There was a red carpet that led from the entrance all the way to a luxurious throne. On the throne sat a middle-aged man that conveyed ambition and dignity.
They all stood before the throne and waited. There was a woman next to the throne, that seemed to be the queen. Next to her was a 10-year-old boy with blonde hair and blue eyes. A 15-16-year-old Bishoujo was next to him, and there was a small 7-8-year-old girl that accompanied her. There were people that looked like civil officers on the right side of the carpet, on the left were what looked like military officers.
Arriving in front of the throne, the student's group stopped, while Ishtar proceeded next to the King. The King lightly kissed the Pope's hand as a sign of respect.
'Right! there is this scene which shows that the Church is above all things including the kingdom and the empire, what a drag.'
From there, they introduced themselves. The King's name was Erihido S. B. Hairihi. Luruaria is the Queen, Randell is the prince, 1st princess is Liliana, and 2nd princess's name is Maribelle.
After that, the prime minister, Knight commander, and other high-status people also introduced themselves. Which I only remember in case of that being useful. Other than that, I can see the horny face of the prince while looking at Kaori which of course was ignored by her.
A banquet was held afterward and We were able to enjoy this world's cuisine. If I have to rate the cuisine, then it would be around the level of a common western restaurant and even a bit worse. After all, there is no variety of spice, no complex cooking technique since war is rampant, and the most important is no MSG!!
We then got more explanation on who our instructor is, where we gonna live, food, clothing, and other essentials which are important to adapt to this world. After We finished with our dinner, each person was led to their own room.
I was led to a bed with a canopy over it that looks very luxurious. Despite my annoyance at the over luxuriousness of this room, the room still allowed for all the strain and stress I got today to melt away. I then laid on the bed and slowly drifted off to sleep.

Training and lectures began the very next day.
First, each of the students was introduced to a silver plate (12cm x 7 cm). The students including me looked at the plates curiously. Of course, I know what it is and only used a part of my mind to hear the explanation of Knight Commander Meld Loggins.
Yes, This is the legendary status plate that shows our status and also serves as our identity card. If I remember correctly, you need a drop of blood to get this thing running. Is it because it needs to analyze our DNA?
I can see magic cravings on the plate that I memorize and analyze. I see some similarities with other magic circles I see before although it is not much. This is probably the [law] which can be created using the 7 ancient magic in the stories forming the eight one called [Concept magic].
I then proceed to prick my finger with the needle that they also give to me and press the wound on the status plate. The plate shines in multitudes of color before dissipating. Of course, the reason I can confidently do this is that I know that the fake god can't hijack the card to read our information. As long as I never show them to other people, they will never know my true stats.

Seeing my status, I can't help but scream in my mind.
'What the heck is this??, why did I end up being a farmer? Should I become the god of harvest just like Aiko sensei became the goddess of harvest? NO! Why should a farmer be a support member if Hajime with a synergist class can become a fighter?'
'Although I know that Hajime class is actually a cheating class with a reference for the full metal alchemist story, aren't farmers also able to become strong with creative ways and unorthodox methods? If even healing magic can be used to harm someone, I refuse to believe that my skills can't be used in any other way.'
With that, I continue to inspect my skills and stats which finally dawn on me how weird its value is. Along with my expressions, I can hear commander Meld continue his explanations.
"So…let's see everyone's stats. For example, the average person has stats of around 10 at level 1. Well, you guys should have several times higher than that. So enviable! Please give reports on what your status plate says. This is so we can develop a training regimen that fits each of you."
What?? Although the strength, agility, and resistance are higher than the average person, it is still in the realm of "summoned being". However, the problem is my vitality and magic which is way higher even surpassing the Hero. I should not let others know my status for now and only report my status with stats similar to my teacher.
I probably should say my magic is 80 while other stats are around 30 which is normal compared to others. That way, I will not get any excessive attention from the kingdom and others.
After that, I can see Kouki with a confident expression saying his full score (100) stats along with his cheats like all aptitude, all element resist, and so on. Of course, the expressions of Hajime who became livid after hearing that didn't escape my attention.
After Kouki, other students proceed to report their status with the exception of me, Aiko sensei, and Hajime. Looking at me, who looks like doesn't want to report his status like everyone else, Hajime then proceeds to report his stats like in the original. Of course, as soon as he does that, He gets a reply from Meld that can't be discouraging anymore.
Knowing Hajime's [class], the boys who don't like Hajime would jump at the opportunity to make fun of Hajime. The class was clearly a non-combat class. All his classmates had combat classes while Hajime didn't, which would not be helpful in future battles.
In the end, the bullying event still happened.
