Kapitel 41: Family Dinner

"Selene was not purposely leaving you out of the conversation but I can see why she should begin doing it?"

Violet raised her head to find Esmeralda replying. 

Esmeralda didn't know if anyone had noticed or not but the behaviour that Violet had towards Selene was not nice at all. There was something in the woman's tone that she didn't like and if it was up to her, she would straighten this twisted woman who was talking things without even thinking about its effect on the other person. 

Esmeralda felt very bad when Violet made Selene feel as if she was the culprit behind why Violet felt left out when the case was entirely different. If Violet wasn't at fault, no one would avoid her but all she wanted to be was a mean bitch and then complain about it later.

Some people were just born confused and she was one of them who didn't know what they wanted and why they wanted it.
