Powerful political parties, including underground entrepreneurs are all part of it. After Kai's first day at work, he meets Ryu at a local restaurant. Their common hobbies enable them to develop a strong bond. However, Ryu is not the ordinary guy that Kai believes him to be. It appears he is particularly curious about Kai's line of work.
