Wabei burst out in laughter, as though he could not stand the foolish behavior of Gu Mengmeng and Elvis in front of him. He walked in front of Gu Mengmeng and smiled coldly, then he reached out his head to press on Elvis' neck.

Gu Mengmeng was frightened and said in a panic, "Little shit, what are you doing? Let go quickly."

Wabei continued to smile slightly and applied more force to his fingers.

Elvis' muscles were tight. He was afraid of harming Gu Mengmeng in his arms so he placed her down, then said with much difficulty, "Step back."

Gu Mengmeng did not understand why Wabei had suddenly attacked Elvis but she knew that with Elvis' capability as a Beast King, it would be best for her to step back so that he could retaliate and not be bothered by her safety.

Following his instructions, she stepped back and Elvis grasped onto Wabei's hand to try to break free from his clutch, but it was obviously useless.
