Kapitel 22: Chapter 22:
"I want a sword to be made for me" Xiao Ren turned around and said with a nod while letting out a smile and a determined expression on his face.
When the middle aged man heard Xiao Ren, the middle aged man can't help but laugh at what he heard "HAHAHAHA! Kid if you think that just by using a sword, you will become a swordsman then you are wrong" the middle aged man said as his expression change to serious when he finished his words, but inwardly the middle aged man was pretty excited about this boy who had an enlightenment to pick a weapon that was mostly connected to him.
Xiao Ren saw the changes in expression of the middle aged man from the expression that heard a funniest joke to a expression that show full of seriousness. This made Xiao Ren think about the word that the middle aged man said 'if you think that just by using a sword, you will become a swordsman then you are wrong' as Xiao Ren think of the meaning of the word he suddenly remember in his past memories that you can only be called a swordsman if you can feel the sword in your heart and that if you can use the sword like it was an extension of your body and if you can communicate with the sword.
After Xiao Ren thought of this, he felt that this middle aged man was not simple "Thanks for your words mister I understand... but I will still become a swordsman" Xiao Ren said while staring at the eyes of the middle aged man.
The middle aged man was surprised that his brows lift up and after a while the middle aged man suddenly smile and said "Then I will make you a sword and see if you can really call yourself a swordsman man in the future" after saying this he turned around and walk towards the door leading to the interior of the shop.
"Thank you mister, I know that it is late but I'm Xiao Ren. May I know mister's name" Xiao Ren said while looking at the back of the middle aged man.
The middle aged man stop walking and said "So you are Xiao Ren that I heard a fourteen year old 7th layer body tempering realm at the Xiao Clans test this year that take the top 1, but it looks like they were wrong I can't believe that you are now at the 8th layer the Xiao Clan has a good seedling in their younger generation. I'm called Mo Leng and you can just call me Old Brother Mo" after saying this Mo Leng continued walking.
Xiao Ren was surprised not because Mo Leng know his name but because Mo Leng knows that he is at the 8th layer of body tempering realm. Now Xiao Ren was sure that this Mo Leng is not really ordinary but an expert because even his grandfather didn't know his strength until he show his full strength when he fight against Xiao Xing er so he guess that Mo Leng must be stronger than his grandfather.
Mo Leng stopped walking as he feel that Xiao Ren was not following him "Hey Kid follow me I still need to forge you a sword right?" Mo Leng said while turning around to look at Xiao Ren.
"Ahh right" Xiao Ren said as he heard Mo Leng's call before following Mo Leng. He was surprise that Mo Leng can detect his cultivation, but he felt that Mo Leng wasn't bad so he just followed him.
After Xiao Ren entered the door he looked around but didn't see any tools for Forging weapon and saw Mo Leng opened a door and saw that it has a stairs that lead down.
Mo Leng walk down to the stairs and Xiao Ren followed him. As they walk further down Xiao Ren was beginning to feel hot and started perspiring because of the high temperature.
Xiao Ren and Mo Leng continue to walked for about 5 minutes before they arrived to an underground where Xiao Ren saw an unfinished weapon, metals use for forging and other things that were use in forging weapons.
"Then Kid what sort of sword do you want me to forge?" Mo Leng asked as he was starting to ready the tools to make the sword.
Xiao Ren thought for a moment before replying "I want a flexible double edged sword with a good durability and it has to be light"
"Hmmm, I can create it because you have a black meteorite ore have a good malleability, a speed type sword huh" Mo Leng murmured before saying "give me the black meteorite ore"
after hearing this, Xiao Ren then give the black meteorite ore to Mo Leng. after Mo Leng got the black meteorite ore "I'm going to use another type of material to your sword aside from this and you can pay me when you have enough money, but make sure to become a swordsman because if not... I will be disappointed with you" Mo Leng said before walking to a big cauldron with a black meteorite ore in hand before taking out a blue metal and toss the black meteorite ore and the blue metal to the cauldron before a flame lit in Mo Leng's hand and surrounded the two metal in the cauldron to melt it.
When Xiao Ren saw the blue metal that Mo Leng take out, he was sure that metal maybe even has a higher grade than the black meteorite ore that's why he was glad while feeling embarrassed that he don't have to pay immediately because he know that there's no way he can afford it now even with the money that he got in the test. Xiao Ren was watching Mo Leng and felt that the temperature become even higher when Mo Leng's hand let out a flame.
Xiao Ren guess that the flame use by Mo Leng was not ordinary as it has a higher temperature than normal flame. Time pased by and three hours passed, as Xiao Ren was watching he started to feel dizzy because of the heat in the underground, five minutes after Xiao Ren started feeling dizzy and wants to go back to the shop, Xiao Ren saw the mark in his right palm started to shine and suddenly he felt good and the dizziness vanished.
"Huh this mark protect me from the high temperature?" Xiao Ren guessed as he stare at the mark on his right palm. Actually Xiao Ren guess was only half right because as the stone crystal fuse to him it made him more adapt to yang or fire type of elements or else he wouldn't have last for three hours in the underground with the temperature that became even higher because of the flame Mo Leng used.
As Xiao Ren was not bothered by the temperature anymore, he was much more focused as he watch Mo Leng made the sword.
While Mo Leng seem like he was focusing in the sword he was making, he was also checking out Xiao Ren as he knows just how high the temperature in the underground while he was using his flame, He was even surprised when Xiao Ren last three hours so when Xiao Ren started stepping back he was not surprised but when he feel that Xiao Ren suddenly seem okay, that gave him an even more shock as Xiao Ren seem like he was not feeling the high temperature anymore.
But Mo Leng immediately recover from his shock as he started to focus on the materials more. another hour pass and in this last hour Mo leng take out the liquid metal and he started to shape it into the sword that Xiao Ren said earlier.
The forging continued for another hour before Mo Leng stop and made the flame on his hand vanish. After the flame vanish a thin double edged sword with a color of black hilt and black blade with a blue on it's edged appear in Xiao Ren and Mo Leng's eyes.
After a while Mo Leng take the sword before walking towards Xiao Ren and give the sword to him before saying "That sword, I did my best to make it... give it a name" Mo Leng said while staring at the sword.
After Xiao Ren take the sword from Mo Leng and holds the sword he immediately bow to Mo Leng and expressed his thanks, before he thought for a moment before his lips curled up "This swords name... will be 'Black Myrtle Sword'"
