He searched for a gun that might help, but the cheapest that might kill the bear sold for 12,000 stylish points. That didn't surprise him because the market priced goods and services. Demand for weapons that could put down monsters like the bear was always in high demand.
For two weeks, there were no bear attacks. So Vincent hunted, fucked Windy, and took nudes of her in ever more creative positions. Vincent felt like he had finally escaped the bear's grasp.
That meant it would attack any day. It was a familiar of something and probably amped to hell and back. He needed to come up with a method to kill it for good. That's why he was slowly making a heavy club. He needed to break its bones if stabbing and slashing didn't work. That's why he worked on a fast-moving sturdy club with a rounded knob at the end. Vincent sold off a few trees, and the black hardwood was magical, as it turned out. It only made sense to make more weapons from the wood.
Vincent looked online at some of the tomes on enchanting, and the cheapest was 10,000,000 stylish points. So while guns were in high demand, magic was where the money was.
"Get out of the tree and look at what I found. Beautiful hair like pooling moonlight, hooves the color of bronze, and a great horn."
Vincent followed Windy to see horses and fucking unicorns drinking from a stream. He wouldn't have to carry his stuff anymore or risk having the shifty elf do it. She was always looking around searching for her people. A horse was predictable he could use one to carry his bags.
"I would kiss you if there was time."

"What do you mean? We could watch the unicorns graze, drink, and play. My people have a deep bond with the herds; sometimes, the horned ones allow us to touch their manes. I almost touched one during an offering feast a year ago." Windy said.
He had been watching videos on Genghis Khan and other step people, and they gave him some ideas he wanted to implement. As a proper barbarian, it was his job to conquer the world and bring down the so-called civilized societies.
He was about to trample all over her culture and show the little savage what the brony does with horses. Vincent even planned on feeding his mount pills to increase its carry limit. Vincent looked over the unicorns until he saw a black one with a golden horn.
He purchased a lasso and took a picture of the herd drinking and grazing in the lush green field surrounding the stream flowing through the land.
Half a month of rest had transformed his body from its former state. He had was coming into his own and gaining real strength. Vincent placed his hands on the cool soft ground like he was about to run a relay. Then as if a starting gun went off, he shot across the ground faster than any normal human and even passed the speed of a cheetah.
Vincent's lasso wrapped around the unicorn's neck before its fight or flight instinct fully loaded. It shot toward the stream, and he intercepted it before yanking it down, flipping the unicorn into the mud. The unicorn tried to spear him with its horn, but Vincent was faster. He had used his time to grow used to his improved capabilities. He touched the tip of the unicorn's horn and forced its head to the side.
It continued to try and fight while the barbarian held it firm. Vincent purchased a saddle, which was an important part of capturing any horse. He tossed it on the unicorn's back when it stopped struggling. It tried to start the struggle anew, but Vincent held it firm. Physical strength was important in the animal kingdom.
While Vincent held the animal down, he looked up videos of how to tame wild horses, and it took a long time. Days were spent with a rope on the animal's back to get them used to feeling something there. Similar practices were made around the animal's genitals for the vet. He hoped he wouldn't have to put his hands into odd places. When he met the unicorn's gaze, it gave him a thousand-yard stare. The second he let up, it was going to go for freedom.
The wet grass clung to his feet as he maneuvered his saddle onto the unicorn's back. It waited instead of panicking like he expected. Maybe it was his firm grip.
"What are you doing? This goes against everything we believe in. How would you feel if someone put a strange thing on your back and tried to ride you?"
"As it happens, I know how having a boot on my neck feels. But that doesn't change that riding is better than walking." Vincent adjusted the saddle, never releasing his grip on the lasso. "Walk around the black mare and push that bottom strap through."
Windy reluctantly did what he told her, and Vincent finished strapping on the saddle. Still, the unicorn didn't panic. Like bears, unicorns might have been particularly good at preserving their energy for a massive rebellion. He never rode a branco before and was itching to ride one. Before he did anything, he purchased a bit to go in the mare's mouth, and she bit his fingers. She chose that moment to push with all her might. Her energy was focused on a single act to turn everything around.
