Kapitel 103: Chapter 103 Wake-Up Call

Three weeks later…

Grace’s POV

Time was the enemy, I decided, as I yet again woke up, only to realize that I hadn’t died in my sleep – again!

I turned on the big luxurious-looking bed, wanting to go back to sleep and hopefully die peacefully--- only to find Cole next to me.

Also, again!

Damn it!

The guy was persistent, I’d give him that, I groaned and hoped he wouldn’t realize I was awake. I didn’t want to talk to him. Hell, I just barely tolerated his presence after what he’d done, but since it now was his claiming mark on my shoulder, my body was forced to respond to him.

And I hated it!

I couldn’t even remember him biting me. Hell, I had no idea what had happened to the pack after I passed out. Cole insisted that they were fine and since I couldn’t feel my connection to them anymore, I could only take his word for it.

I missed feeling them there though…

But it was Jack I missed most of all…
