The school event was called off. After all the students ran back screaming "shadows" and beast, the teachers, who had concealed themselves to let the students fight for themselves, appeared from the shadows and listened to the reports. To back up these claims was Zhao who had confirmed its appearance. However, the military soldier strongly discouraged the school from pursuing the beast and instead urged them to return. It was late, the students were exhausted, frightened, and famished. Even further, it was far too dangerous for the hunt to go on. Not only did the students sight a werewolf, but others had also sighted a humanoid leopard-like beast that had attacked some of the students.
