Lionel Yeager stared blankly at the face in front of him, and after a long while, he called out: "Sister Betty..."

It turned out that the woman in the car was none other than Julie Stewart.

Julie Stewart asked with a puzzled expression: "Mullen, what are you doing here?"

But Lionel didn't answer.

Julie Stewart frowned and said: "Get in the car first before we talk."

Without saying anything, Lionel opened the car door and sat in the back seat.

After Lionel got in the car, Julie Stewart asked: "Have you eaten yet?"

"No."

Lionel shook his head.

He hadn't had a chance to eat before that incident happened, and he's been starving ever since.

Julie Stewart told the driver: "Go to Riverside House."

"Yes, Third Madam."

The driver nodded, and then started the car, leaving the place.

All the way, Lionel remained silent, just staring out of the window, lost in thought.

Julie Stewart could tell that something must have happened, or else the young man wouldn't be so quiet.
