Sometime later, Sonny was carefully wrapping Krista's injured hand with a roll of bandages. She whimpered softly, her tears had mostly dried, but some still clung to the edges of her lashes.
As Sonny spoke to her, she looked every bit like a child being scolded.
"I know, I know. I just…got caught up in the moment. I'm sorry"
Punching pure metal with her bare fist was the definition of being crazy and reckless. Walking with bruises and minor strains was nothing short of a miracle. Fortunately, they had someone here who knew first aid. After some time that hand will be back to normal.
Her apologetic eyes made Sonny sigh.
