Kapitel 57: Complete Enslavement

Under the enveloping eerie green mist, when Alex looked again at the people of the City of Darkness, a row of white numbers appeared above each person's head. The first person he saw was Myra, who was distributing daily supplies. The number above Myra's head was—100%.

"System, what does 100% represent?"

"Loyalty level's maximum value is 100%. 100% indicates that this person's loyalty has reached the highest level, completely enslaved, and absolutely loyal to the host."

"Completely enslaved?"

"The City of Darkness automatically enslaves any life within it. The longer one stays in the city, the higher their loyalty becomes. Reaching 100% means complete enslavement. Unless there is strong emotional resistance, theoretically, anyone will be enslaved."

"Friendly reminder: Only slaves who enter the City of Darkness voluntarily will be gradually enslaved; those who are forced into the city will not be enslaved and may even develop a rebellious psychology."
