In the year 2025, technology underwent a revolution, making it nearly impossible to engage in any activity without the involvement of the internet. With the technological surge, the gaming industry soared to unprecedented heights.
While many games are publicly announced and receive widespread attention, there are also numerous titles that are quietly developed in the shadows, away from the public eye. These genres are classified as NSFW. These games can be highly addictive once played, often leading players from one title to another within the genre.
The game's story may revolve around mutual love between two individuals, typically from the male point of view. However, some games carry an NTR tag, indicating scenarios where a character engages in cheating and sexual relations outside the primary relationship.
Some individuals oddly find excitement in the thrill of cheating within a game, reveling in the act of breaking the bonds between two loving individuals.
Again, you guessed it right; I am the individual who finds thrills in it.
Although I may not be proud of it, I find excitement in causing destruction within relationships and engaging in secret sexual encounters without the knowledge of the other party. While maintaining a facade that everything is okay.
And in this genre, Japan has excelled in creating various types of plots, which is why I often download any Japanese game with an NTR tag, but there were also many games from this genre that I dislike, perhaps because they are too extreme or too realistic.
Among them, there was one game that I wouldn't say I hated the most, but it definitely ranked in my top 10 least favorites
It was a 3D game called プロット崩壊 (meaning "Plot Collapse" in English). The game is set in a modern Japanese high school and features three heroines and a wimpy male lead, following the same old harem trope.
The heroines were very assertive, but the male lead was equally oblivious. Even when the heroines took decisive actions, the male lead would shrug them off, thinking he must have misunderstood the situation, and halfway through the game, a new character was introduced: a transfer student from Ireland with a Norwegian father and a Japanese mother.
He was good-looking, had a quiet personality, and came from a wealthy background, always having everything he wanted. But due to the game's settings, the heroines and side heroines wouldn't show any interest in him. And his pride wouldn't let that slide. So he resorted to force, using gang affiliations and manipulation to turn them into his sex slaves.
To my further annoyance, the main male character remained passive, believing that they did it in their own free will, until much later in the game, when they had already been broken.
The game ended in tragedy, with the antagonist killed by an unknown force, leaving the heroines shattered and the male lead deeply traumatized.
I stood up after gathering my thoughts and gave myself a quick wash with my hands.
*Thud Thud Thud* There was a bang on the door.
"Mom said to come down before the food gets cold."
"Okay, I'm coming."
I've deduced from reading my new memories that that is my 13-year-old younger brother, Liam Dawson, who still in middle school.
Fit frame that isn't overly muscular or chiseled, black eyes, and hair that he acquired from my Japanese mother, equally attractive facial triats as mine, and could be even more attractive as he gets older. Although we don't talk much, I think we don't hate each other; he lives his life and I live my life without much need for one another.
And given that the portal I saw was named "Once upon a time," it seems to me now that the multiple gateways that I saw were just R18 games that I have played throughout my life.
Fuck, I could definitely pick a better one if I didn't get sucked in.
After leaving my room, I noticed that the corridor was equally as opulent as the room. As I made my way to the kitchen, I saw three other people—two of them were sitting beside an exquisite table, and the other one was standing beside them.
The other one is my father, John Dawson, a handsome man in his early 50s with well-maintained blonde hair that has a slight wave and a few streaks of silver, adding to his distinguished look He stands tall at 6'2" with an athletic build, a testament to his commitment to staying fit.
And the other is my mother, Emiko tanaka,a graceful and elegant woman in her mid-40s. She has long, silky black hair that she often wears in a neat bun or lets flow freely past her shoulders.
They were a truly loving couple, a match made in heaven and devoted parents. I honestly have no idea where Eric gets his nasty personality from—perhaps it's just a twist of fate, or maybe it's the result of the game's plot
And the other one standing was our housemaid—or rather, our nanny—Darcy. She took care of us when we were infants and is practically part of the family. She is a bit older than my father, perhaps in her mid-60s, with a few wrinkles on her face, yet she looks remarkably young for her age.
After finishing college, my father started an IT company in Ireland, where my mother initially worked as his secretary. Their romance blossomed from there, creating a beautiful backstory. After years of hard work, my father chose to retire in Japan, captivated by its peaceful environment. Despite his retirement, he still travels back to Ireland occasionally to oversee the company.
And that is how I transferred to Japan.
"You woke up late. That's very unlike you. Are you feeling alright?" Eric's mother—or rather, my mother—asked with a concerned expression.
My father also stops eating and looks at me. Though he doesn't show it, he's always deeply concerned when it comes to his children.
"I'm fine, just a little nervous since today is the first day of school," I replied with a smile as my brother sat down beside me.
Perhaps it's due to my new memories, but when I see them and speak with them, it feels like I'm not conversing with strangers. Instead, a deep sense of familiarity washes over me
