Kapitel 72: Ch 73: The Proposal

"Lisa, relax! There is no need to tense up like then when only Emma and I are around you. Do you feel afraid of us as well? Hmm, looks like the incident with that werewolf scared you more than you want to admit, right?"

Nick's voice was smooth and gentle. It made Lisa's fears run away, and she shook her head, indicating that it was not the case.

Her body relaxed against the vampire, but she was still not relaxed enough for his liking.

Lisa also cringed when she saw Emma suddenly move out of the corner of her eyes. She was spooked out after what happened.

"It's okay, Lisa. I expected this to happen, but this doesn't feel good to witness. Maybe it will help if you get close to us. Ah, but we shouldn't be having this conversation out here. Emma, will you help Lisa up?

Our poor dear cannot stand on her feet right now."
