Kapitel 68: Ch 69: Running out of Ingredients

Lisa felt uncomfortable throughout her shift. She could feel the ex-manager glaring at her at various intervals throughout the day.

Lisa had gotten enough death glares to recognize one, even when she was not looking at the person glaring at her.

She never acknowledged the person giving her these glares, nor did she show any sign that it made her uncomfortable. Lisa went about her day just as she always had.

As the day finally drew to a close, Lisa couldn't help but sigh of relief, the weight of the discomfort lifting from her shoulders.

Emma had spent most of her time at the cafe, just looking over things and attracting even more customers. It made Lisa work harder, but she was happy to see so many sales.

Rumin also looked happy with the profit, and the rest of the staff seemed proud of having their alpha in the cafe with them.

"I am going to brag about this to my family tonight. They said I will never reach the top by working here."
