Kapitel 10: Chapter 7

This morning I had a good dream, a dream that was sadly interupted by loud banging.
*Bang! *Bang! *Bang!
I groaned as I rolled over putting the cover over my head to block out the noise.
Unfortunately, the pillow was yanked away by a grinning dorm member causing me to groan louder.
" Kids, wakey, wakey, Its time for Fitwicks welcoming speach."
I fought the urge to throw a pillow at his face, I was not a morning person...well not anymore.
I used all of my might to get out of bed, grabed my stuff, and stumbled to the bathroom to get ready. A few minutes later, a blur shot forward like a rocket and slammed into me causing me to fall on my butt with a thud.
"oof!"
I looked down to see rose in my arms, as well as ruby who flapped back into my pocket. Heh, it looks like they couldnt wait for me to come get them and went after me instead, I am kind of flattered.
" Hello to you too "Rose," I smiled slightly, "Ruby."
Rose realized the position we were in and preformed a Hinata she let go of me quickly and turned red.
"Eep!"
Mr. flitwick noticed this and smiled, "Ah, to see friendships start is always a delight!"
"it has been brought to my attention that you have dense magic inside of you correct?"
flitwick asked concerned.
I looked at him surprised and nodded my Head"That's right sir."
" Alright, the rest of the teachers shall be informed later" he sighed "are you aware of the problems you might have because of this?"
" Having problems that are the exact opposite of new magicals, are a side effect." I replied with a nod "almost all 11 year old year students have problems with underestimating the power that they put into their spells and tend to over power them. which is very dangerous of course."
" Correct, he replied with a kind smile "I trust that you'll be careful?"

"Yes sir."
I nodded, inwardly rolling my eyes.
"Thars excellent." he turned to the rest of the class.
"Everyone here?"
Mr.flitwick asked while a few students jogged down the stairs.
"Excellent" Mr. flitwick clapped his hands, now as you know the common room you have to answer to a riddle as you don't have a password. You will have to wait until some one else comes along if you can't answer it. Don't be caught off gaurd because it is meant to keep our minds sharp."

"The castle is prone to changing, I'm sure you have noticed on your way up here, I do have some enchanted maps that will help you find your way around if you wish."It's better than nothing as I know they aren't perfect."
Prof. Flitwick paused to let us process the information before he continued.
"Now, let us go on to something more serious, I strongly suggest more-so to the muggleborns than other's that all the first years must drop by and see Madam Pomfrey. You will required to get boosters for any vaccines. Understood?"
All the first years nodded their heads
"Excellent," He smiled "with individual students I hold meetings for once a month in my office, on the noitice board is the written schedule. My door is always open if you have any problems, With that the only thing that is left for me to do is hand you your time table and wish you a good year at Hogwarts
(Time skip)
Student 1- "There look!"
Student 2-"Where?"
Student 3- "Did you see her face?"
Student 4-"Did you see her scar?"
I was half tempted kick their assut for some reason Rose had a very content expression on her face. at least She was so Content that she didn't seem to notice the comments by the crowd. either that or those comments doesn't seem to bother her anymore. It was strange but oh well,at least she seems happy.
Which is good, that means more progress on getting her out of her shell. besides It was nice to see her smiling it was a very rare sight and she looked very cute doing it. this was my first. official day at Hogwarts I was going to push idiots to the back of my head and enjoy it.
As it turned out the maps that were provided for us by Professor Flitwick proved reliable.as they reasonably as we were able to reach class on time.
I had to get my friends Tracy Daphne and Blaise their own map after since they had come to me complaining about being lost.
You know If I must be honest It's safe to say that all the classes went as expected. I was also well prepared being cautious is what I mean of Ron in case he had done something stupid.
When Professor McGonagall set us matches in transfiguration class. I proved once again that My dense magic core would be a pain in the ass in the future by accidentally turning my entire desk into a huge pencil instead of my machell
Flit wick had fortunately told McGonagall about the situation which only led to her clicking her tongue as she told me to just meditate to try and get my magic and under control.
After charms class. I and Rose had avoided Ron like a plague he was getting annoying as he kept following us using a hidden passage and a shifted staircase leaving a fuming red-haired idiot to dust.
The next lesson just so happens to be with the Hufflepuff's.
As expected the class started with Snape giving his stiel after taking the register.
"You are here to exact the art of potion making and learning the subtle science .Snape said"
His eyes scanned the room, momentarily pausing at Rose and me before moving on.
- "Miss's bones?" Snapa asked causing the said girl to have her head perked up "what would I get if I added adored powdered root If asphodel to an infusion of wormwood?"
Susan was startled at the sudden question
" er, ....draught of the living dead right?" Susan asked nervously
Was that an answer or a question?"
"draught of the living death, sir."
"Correct." Snape sighed Miss Potter, if I told you to find me a bezoar, where will I find it?"
Rose jumped, clearly started by the sudden attention toward her and stuttered out an answer.
"T-the stomach of a g-goat sir." Rose stuttered
" Correct." Snape saidMr. Malfoy what is the difference between monkshood and a monksbane?"
"Nothing Sir, their both the same plant." I replied stoicly
"it seems that you are all fewer dunderheads than I thought," snape said looking very pleased "well, why aren't you writing this down!"
The next day rose received a letter via Hedwig from Hagrid inviting her over for a cup of tea.
She had attacked me unexpectedly with the all-powerful puppy eye technique, which I'll be honest, I scummed after a couple of seconds.
Blaise, Tracy, and Daphne had also come along as we had bumped into them on our way out.
"Those eyes could be as deadly as the strongest weapon to ever exist." Blaise Grimaced.
"No kidding." I replied "At least she is happy now."
Yes, it is quite strange though, before she was all shy and now she is like this, What the hell happened in the girl's dorms that made her like this, not that I'm complaining though. At least she is finally getting out of her shell.
Blaise nodded, "agreed."
As did the rest who nodded in agreement.

Rose zoomed through the door only to practically teleport behind me as her face had turned pale.
"Fang, Back! Back!" the sound of Hagrids voice was heard.
The door opened revealing the face of a very hairy hagrid.
"Hold on a sec" he said
"back! fang Back!!"
He let us in Rose was sticking to me practically like glue as she eyed the boarhound that Hagrid was struggling with wearily.
"What the bloody hell are you doing here?!?!"

"I could ask the same to you too, weasly" Daphne sneered
.
"Shut it you slimy snake!" Ron snarled back, "Why don't you go back to kissing Malfoy's ass? I don't have to tell you anything!"
I was about to punch him in the face when someone had beat me too it.
*SMACK!!!*
I recoiled back in surprise as did Ron whose hand was now covering the red imprint on his cheek in stunned silence.
I turned towards Daphne with wide eyes thinking it was her who looked just as shocked as I, I then turned to rose who looked very pissed off.
If possible my eyes widened even more as I connected the dots
I gaped, Holy shit!"
"I think you should leave ron" Hagrid said sounding disapointed,
"Bu-"
Now!"
Ron turned and stormed out the door.

Rose expression morphed From angey to horrified, that of I can't believe I had just done that and total embarrassment as she had noticed the stares of all around, her face had turned red as she knew the awkward silence was about her, Now all she wished to do was to turn invisible.
An awkward silence followed for a few seconds until it was broken by none other than Tracy
"What the bloody hell just happened!'
