Cardinal's eyes traveled over the looming mountain range, picking out the narrow ledge chiseled into the tops of the cliffs. Somewhere at the very peak of the Heavenshard, an altar to the Flame led into the depths of the mountains—where a heavenly being of unknowable power remained chained to this very day.
