Kapitel 263: The dark tree 1

There were voices around him. He couldn't understand what happened. The only thing he remembered was Aurora shouting at him something, running towards him and then the world went blank. He lost consciousness as quickly as his hands sliced Xander's throat. But this voice speaking next to him, it seemed familiar. There another voice but it was so distant that he only heard it if everything went quiet.

"He seems fine," the familiar voice said. "We will begin the ritual once he wakes up. I don't want to ruin what we worked hard for. We all don't have much time. The tree of dreams is becoming stronger the more we wait. Now that we have our last piece of the puzzle, we can proceed."

"But Xander, wouldn't it ruin the ritual if he is unconscious?" a female voice replied.
