"Well, where to start?" she pointed at the vigor stat. "To increase your vigor you will need to level up and at some point, you will have to pass a test to rank up and keep levelling up. For the endurance, you will have to manipulate the stamina, speed and equipment load. In other words, you will need to train your muscles to raise them. As for your strength, weapons and artifacts can do the trick. Things like wearing strong armours or having a shield increase your defense while weapons increase your attack. Considering how the vigor of other monsters is quite high, you will need to raise your strength to around 1K or 2K; you will need real strong weapons for that.
