The area was actually much more clear than expected. Well... at least compared to the bustling western part of the campus, it had much fewer buildings and a bunch more land.
Like the other buildings on the campus, most of them had plates at their entrance, telling them what it was used for, like [Experimental Lab], [Tutor's Portals], stuff like that.
"Bennett, we need to go a bit further in, there's nothing here on the outside and there are more people coming here as well." he nudged.
"Got it." he nodded in agreement.
"Also, I trust you... to be able to navigate by yourself..." David patted his shoulder and walked away in a completely different direction from Bennett's path.
"Eh? I'm not a little kid!" Bennett fumed, turning away from David to go explore on his own.
David was currently leaning behind a building that was hiding him from Bennett's view, smiling with his right hand out.
A small sphere formed on his hand and slowly turned into a small ball of yarn made of mana. The ball of yarn slowly unraveled, floating into the air and like a sword, stabbed towards Bennett and sank into his chest when it reached him.
He felt a sort of connection with Bennett, and he also felt a faint sense of warmth coursing through his body.
Guessing that was just the thing taking effect he sighed in relief, 'Good... you never know what might happen. And also it was good that I didn't blow someone up.' David went on his way to find some simulation arenas to make one himself.
'Hehehe... exploiting time!' David grinned to himself.
'Though... I wonder how much of this world is actually explored. Maybe the highest level they have here is a rank 5 expert?' David had seen many second tiers, which seemed to be cannon fodder, and third-tier warriors are the backbone while the fourth and fifth tiers are the pillars and trump cards respectively.

"Dang, it feels much more spacious over here than the other sections of the campus." I whistled at the sight around me.
I didn't want to be separated from David though... takes the fun out of some things. But! At least I get to prove that I can do things... myself... dang it.
I used to come over so often that I completely rely on him for lunch and everything! Ugh...
Maybe... I should go search for something useful! Hmmm... what would be helpful though, he has his [Mini-Map], so he could just memorize everything into a map easily...
Walking through the clear paths, I looked around for any interesting titles on the buildings to get my interest when I suddenly felt warm in my chest.

"Ohh... seems like he really does care! Also pretty decent attributes." I looked at the screen that popped up in front of me.
Guess I really have to try to find something interesting then!
Well... actually, should I? Meh, it'll help me too, might as well.

"Oh... dang it. I thought it was going to be stealthy. Guess it better to know about it now than later, but the drain is quite strong with the extra connection thing though." David looked at his slowly draining mp bar which was constantly being regenerated at the same time.
As he was about to swipe the screen away, he saw an interesting title out of the corner of his eye. Turning his head he looked to see what it was that instinctively made him look.
[Virtual Training Arena]
"Oh? Finally found what I'm looking for..." David smiled.
'Good thing there aren't that many people here right now.' David looked around only to find people getting bored of the scenery and the buildings... though there were some... 'very' interested and eager people that stayed in this area.
"Hmm... since it told him about me watching him, might as well call him here." David looked at the system, trying to find some sort of communication tab to talk with Bennett.
"Come on, you omniscient system. Surely a function to talk to other system users who've allied with each other is a must function, right? Not like we'll be spamming your mom jokes or memes..." David muttered.
*Silence*
"Tch. I'm not even asking for that much." David complained.

"Heh... wonder if he also got the same message as I did." to keep it short, David had already started typing his location to get his stupid older brother here.
[Come to {Inserted location}, I found the virtual training facility.]
"And... send. Maybe I should make a waypoint flag here. It is quite important... yeah, let's make it." David plopped a small banner on the area he was in and named it [Exploited Training].
He heard a yell of surprise in the distance, "Yep, that's Bennett, I know that voice from anywhere."
He leaned in front of the building, waiting for him to come over here to take a look.
A couple of minutes later...
*Tap Tap Tap Tap Tap*
"Ha... ha... ha... I'm here! And! What the hell was that? I didn't know you could message people like it was a VR chatting app!" Bennett had his hands on his knees panting slightly.
"One. Yes, it was a chatting function from the system. Two. I didn't know until I pointed it out towards the system, maybe we could've even called to be honest."
"Oh right... get up, we both know that your stamina is much better than that... what are you, obese? Mr. Superstar athlete..." he teased.
"You! Nope, nope, not going to argue with you. I always lose in that aspect. Let's just go in and explore it." Bennett dragged himself into the building.
"Good." smiling, David followed Bennett into the building.
