Having Ebari's blessing made Varya feel a lot more certain in her resolve to defeat the emperor.

Each time she visited her lab and saw her aura gun or a version of one of the ones she was developing further, she remembered all of the reasons why she could no longer live under the rule of Emperor Kruos.

She was supposed to live the comfortable life on Earth that her father had worked his entire life carving out for her. Her parents were taken away from her too soon and the dream of following in her father's footsteps was no longer. When she thought all hope was lost, she found the prince and he became her future. When he was taken from her too, she created a new life with her son and worked in a new lab all thanks to Ebari.

It scared her to death at the thought of something happening to Ebari because of her. Each morning she woke up with fear that all this progress was going to get retaken from her and she didn't know if she would survive another tragedy.
