Kapitel 7: Where Am I ? ...
Next day Jack woke up early in the morning. He still had that question bugging his mind, " what should I do now? what should I do next?" then he looked at Freddy, he was still sleeping. Jack suddenly forgot all his problems and signs of a smile started to draw on his face. Freddy was so cute , so pretty when he was sleeping. He was like a kitten. And he slept like a baby. Jack wanted to cuddle him so badly, but he didn't want to wake him up. Freddy was working all night , yesterday! so Jack changed his mind.
He grabbed a blanket and bedded it on Freddy so smoothly. " oh! Jack, oh! yeah...!!! " As Freddy murmured Jack started to blush. Jack knew Freddy was having one of those happy dreams about him. His borner proved that Jack's theory was right. Jack was very satisfied with the scene. After he covered Freddy with the blanket, He grabbed another one for himself and fold it around him and covered his body to protect him from getting cold. Then he went towards the window line and looked outside through it.
Jack was fascinated by the scene he saw. There was a branch of an old and huge tree towards the windows. And it was full of blooming and bloomed flowers. They were full of different fragrances. Jack could smell every each one of it. And there were a couple of squirrels fighting each other for a nut.
There were vivid colours of butterflies flying everywhere. There were birds both sky and the ground. There was a beautiful and fairly big fountain with colourful fish jumping up and down. Beyond from it there was a stream and next to the stream there was an evergreen wilderness with very tall trees.
There were conical and non conical trees there, so It wasn't exactly a taiga! Jack wanted to see more of those beautiful surroundings. So he decided to go to outside. After he left his room he entered to a huge room like a hall. And there were ten rooms connected to that room.
One of it was a huge library, and there was a kitchen, a gym, an inside pool, music room with a giant piano, a cinema hall, an office room, a spar, a lab and a room which was locked out! And that hall like room had a huge fire place. Jack went near it and warmed up his body by using the heat it provided. After he fully warmed up. He went to the outside.
There were flower beds at the entrance and there were some beautiful short trees. Most of them Jack had never seen before in his entire life. Apart from that there were so many apple trees. As he went farther he realized it wasn't just apple trees.
The whole area was a part of an orchard. Jack plucked an apple and wipe it on his shirt and took a bite out of it. Jack was surprised he never had eaten an apple as sweet as that one, before! As he tasted it he started to go more further. He was surprised because he hadn't seen any other house so far. Not a single one.
While he was walking, he heard a sound of a helicopter nearby, so he followed towards the sound. After awhile, he exited from the orchard and suddenly he was standing before a very tall fence! Through the fence he saw six helicopters had landed on helicopter pads.
But he could see four more helicopter pads without any helicopters on it. And there was a building line. Jack thought it should be a storage complex. Then Jack suddenly saw a light tower behind those stores. He started to go towards it. As he got close to it , he started to hear sounds of ocean waves. In no time he was in a beach.
Both beach and ocean were so clean . Apart from beautiful and colourful shells there weren't any dirt on it. It was same with the water. Apart from white clouds like foam, there weren't any sediment at the water. Ocean water there was crystal clear. If it wasn't for the cold weather at that morning Jack might probably had gone for a swim by then. He decided to come here again in a noon or afternoon, probably with Freddy.
Jack started to go towards the light house. He wanted to know where he was, and why there weren't any other houses nearby. He just wanted to go to a higher ground so he could probably see the whole area and get an idea of where he was. Unfortunately there was only the light house close to where he was.
And also Jack had noticed a very large mountain beyond Freddy's house but he could clearly see it was too far away from him. He thought it might be situated in the middle of the wilderness. So this light house was his only hope. He begged for the light house not to be locked. Lucky for him , it was not locked. As he push the door inside, it just opened in one push.
Then he started to climb up on the stairs. After few minutes later he was at the top floor. He could see a large amount of the area. Except Freddy's house, Jack didn't see any houses, neither near nor far. Far away from where Jack was, he could see another two light houses. Two corners of the land, apart from each other. He felt it was like watch towers for a stronghold.
He suddenly changed his mind after realizing exactly where he was. He was so surprised and shocked! Then he went back to the Freddy's house. While he was walking, he was continuously thinking about what he had found out. He wasn't paying attention to the surrounding. He didn't notice about the danger coming towards him until it was too late.
As he heard the noise he turned back to look what it was and he was petrified by the scene. There wasn't even any time left to him to even think of a reaction. All he could do at that moment was to close his eyes....!!!
