A flash illuminated Liam Yancey's eyes as he glanced at Fierce Eagle, who lowered his head, seemingly guilty.

"You had good intentions." Liam Yancey returned his gaze, quirked the corner of his mouth, and embraced her in his arms. Bracing her shoulders with he stated, "Don't worry, Owl Eagle knows how to handle things."

As he walked her to the master bedroom, he crossed Fierce Eagle, shooting him a harsh glance with a stern-faced expression.

Tara Summer kept her head low, not noticing the man's glare. As they entered the bedroom, she lifted her gaze towards him and asked, "Liam, does Owl Eagle really have someone he likes? Who is it? Do we know them?"
