I read this a long time ago. This is a great novel. Don't let the synopsis fool you this is not a modern setting. Honestly one of my favourites, I am eagerly waiting for this to be updated again.

This is a transmigration story. The MC ends up in world with a relatively weak martial arts system—no immortality, instant healing, flying or fireballs—just greater strength and agility than any human warrior could ever achieve. Nonetheless, the story is reasonably interesting. Then the MC experiences death, lives a long time as a phantom and eventually returns to his own past with the opportunity for a do-over. Only then he is living two parallel lives in two very similar alternate universes—with one running a few years ahead of the other…it got a bit too busy for me and I halted at Chapter 303. I may pick this story up again sometime, but probably not

A moronic depiction of pure Han Chinese finally able to kill the Shatu tribes (the Uighurs or something like that XD . The author is so straightforward XD ). Those filthy tribal bastards that live to the expense of the proper Han Chinese and were previously protected by a "demonic" minister XD This is one more example of the novels the typical ultra fascist ignorant illiterate "author" can produce. I bet the RAW version isn't curated and thus a lot more extreme. If you long for the death of your brain cells then this is the novel for you
this story is basically age of black iron in a nutshell. though a bit different, it contains shadow demons that can transform into humans, godly entities that want to destroy humanity, and lets not forget the racial superiority that the author oh so loves. he makes it so that "humans are the suprem entities of the world with infinite potetial" bah, in my opinion, thats hugwash. this novel is extremely xenophobic and racist. be warned. **: there are TONS of fillers, that are essentialy useless to the plot. trying to show modern superiority over ancient times through Plagiarism. thats just disgusting....

Amazing overall, although sometimes there are no chapters that's not a big deal. The quality is excelent and the story doesn't feel forced. The characters are developed in a way that remind more of someone who wrote down a story from his memories ,than a fantasy author's novel characters. We have limited information about the world outside the empire ,excluding the political situation of the statu tribes. Highly recomended even for younger audiences.
This novel keeps getting more and more interesting as it progress keep the good work up. Hope we get to enjoy some mass release real soon also

I never read castle of blackiron but this **** is real. The world building is amazing and the story development slower at the start but if you read hundred chapters you definitely love this novel, at least MC will not made stupid decisions after that. The side character is good too. Can't wait for the war!

For those who want to read this novel, I will have to warn you: This is not a xianxia novel where the MC can casually destroy heaven and earth with a swing of his hand. It is more of a cheat wuxia where fighters are limited and can still be killed with numbers. The MC is overpowered in his own cultivation state but still insignificant in the grand scheme of things. It is also filled with politics so beware.
