If you came to read this novel hoping there is something new and unique, then you are completely wrong. There is i'm on chapter 600 and mc does not practice alchemy and it does not play major role at all. So, title of this novel means nothing. Secondly, i have never seen novel which has more face slapping and arrogant young master in any other novels. I never knew that it is possible to have face slapping in every new chapter (literally). In conclusion, i think this novel sucks big time.
The gross amount of eye rolling moments in this book made me skim quite a lot and eventually skip chapters. It’s Your typical face slapping spoiled young masters, all the enemies have two types of personality they either go full retard or they try to curry favor after the MC shows his ability. Furthermore, the planning of the plot easily showa that the archs aren’t planned out and the writer begins to force unnecessary conflicts in order to continue the unceasing regurgitation of events different people, different place same story line.
If this is your fist time reading a cultivation novel, it might find it a fun read otherwise it's just a copy past boring run-of-the-mill story. Aside from that the MC has some innerving qualities like giving benefits to undeserving people or sparing and not preparing for his enemies that cost him a huge price in the end.

It's the type that picks up and gets better as you go, especially when the arcs get serious (ch1000+). If you are a fan of these type novels, then you should know what you signed up for. The only main problem for me with this novel is that it drags unimportant and irrelevant mini skirmishes a few chapters when some of this could have been seen off in a few pages. Face smacking and subplots can even go as long as 3-5 extra chapters. Without the "expansion" the full novel could maybe be 3000 chapters flat or under. You just have to endure through the romance arc and the grand line will be worth it..
Your typical cultivation reincarnated mc novel, as always quite boring when entering hundreds and thousand chapters, it feels like the same thing happening but in different places with different but same people
The book us really good and i have read quite a few chapters...the story development is good, the main characters are also good but the author tends to stretch the plots a lot....so somtmes it bcums quite lengthy but overall I ike the book
This is a story of young masters. There's a conflicts every 2-3 chapters having to do with arrogant young masters. There's 0 exploration of relics and ruins that are meaningful and well detailed to give the background a vision and creativity. When it is time for the mc to end up in a ruins it only last 5-10 chapters with most of it being the mc fighting young masters having pretty much nothing to do with the place he's at. Characters details and personality is very 2d. Theres not much effort it seems into building on the personalities of the characters with them all pretty much being the same besides hu niu. Characters are also pretty much all forgotten under design of them being taken to another realm there only around for a arc and then same plot device repeats with them being taken to another realm and mc repeats the same interactions he previously had with someone new till there taken away.

Author this story is truly interesting. My only problem is the fact that you fail to describe the characters which is indeed annoying. The word beauty can't clarify how they look like. is it that hard to say the have either brown hair or green eyes something. Even skin tone. Bruh I can basically imagine them as any race I want. And like I always say; the readers aren't in your head. So they don't know what your thinking. So sometimes take our opinion into consideration.

The story is classic with the theme of reincarnation but the originality is the fact it happens 10 000 years later. The characters are pretty good with the main character who is a legendary alchemist who died a long time ago. The world seems huge and the place when the story begins is a spet of dust in the immensité of this world. I recommend this novel To all the fans of stories with alchemists and those who like martial arts and fighting.😜
One of my favorite novel! This is one of my first novel when I started to read on Webnovel a few years ago, and after a while and lots of try and read. I can say this is definitely one of my favorite. Plot is nice, characters have distinctive personalities. We have balance between funny jokes, serious matters, fight, slice of life, alchemy, unique discoveries, mainstream tropes. I really dont understand why the rating is not higher. Ofc this story has some discutable points and all, but among the “estern fantasy” style, it is one of the best.
Seriously speaking they tell 100000 year old man young... Are you mad that you tell them young but also tell us that they are inexperienced, Then what are we... I'd say the novels pretty long and its still got more than 2000 chapters left so the only issue is that the translation may not be able to catch up and you'll probably get bored if you read it for years to come. I feel reading a single chapter a day is quite boring. Reading it after a few years once its completely translated is a brilliant idea.
There is 1587 chapter released and since the novel was completed at 4915 that means there are 3328 chapter to come SO at this pace (10 chap weekly) it should be complete translated in 6,4 years. since a reviewer did the same calculation 2 years ago when the novel was still ongoing and gave ~16 years to reach the latest chapter back then (around the 3900) so in 2 years the statistics was shortened from ~16y to 6,4y which shows how much the stability of the translation has grown from 2y ago to now. In sum for the other readers that are appalled by the quantity of chapters still to be translated, the prior shows that it has great likelyhood of being complete translated as the in 2y the number of readers has grown while the stability has risen.
This is a special story you will get addicted when you start reading it. I think this is the best story i ever read on on line so far .My only worry it would not finish and keep hanging like most story i read on line.
