Kapitel 468: The world without the Minotaur

The world in the seventh level was apparently not on the same timeline as the array world. As it was already evening in the array world, the world of the seventh level was far from welcoming in the dusk.

Although the glaring sun was no longer as hot as it was at noon, the rays of light it dawned down onto the mortal world was still as resplendent as ever. The sunlight penetrated the holes in the clouds, illuminating the land fully.

Inside the vast and empty basin, there was not a single spot that escaped the sun's illumination other than the periphery regions near the rock cliffs. And because of that, the seven young boys and girls within the basin had their 'shadows' imprisoned.

If a large mass of clouds floated across the sky to temporarily shade the sunlight, it would cause the 'shadows' rooted to the ground to temporarily disappear. Only then might they be saved.
