Mortal Foundation Realm
- Body Tempering - By using the Medicinal concoctions and herbs, while simultaneously practicing in cultivation to better stimulate the effects of those Elixirs, one can temper their body.
- Bone Refinement - While sharing a similar process, Bone Refinement is mostly used to wash the marrow and increase the bone density. This is because bones become an important part in supporting a cultivators physical foundation. And also in providing Vital Essence and Blood.
- Meridian Opening - A cultivator needs to one open their 12 Standard/Principal Meridians, alongside their 8 Extraordinary Meridians. Meridians enable Qi Flow and are essential channels in future cultivation of Qi and utilization of Qi Arts.
- Dantian Establishment - The very last stage where you will set the foundation for the future. This stage is focused on making your Dantian Qi friendly, by washing and forging it using either one's vital essence or with the help of a pill.
Lifespan - [150 Years]
Qi Gathering Realm
- Initial Gathering - The very first stage where cultivators begin to sense Qi and then absorb it Qi.
- Intermediate Gathering - Here a cultivator is fully focused on increasing their reserves of Qi and gaining control.
- Late Gathering - This is the stage which not much different from the previous two, except you can breakthrough to third major realm here.
- Peak Gathering - But of course, you're genius and wouldn't settle for anything less than perfection, so there you go. Fill your dantian to the point of bursting. Strain your Meridians and expand them for increase flow of rate.
Lifespan - [300 Years]
Qi Refinement Realm
- Early Refinement - The quality of your Qi wasn't your main concern in the previous stage, but now it is. So, get to refining your Qi to more pure and potent form. This particular minor realm caps at 20% purity.
- Mid Refinement - Go even further than before, so much so that your Qi is now starting to effect your Physical Abilities. 50%
- Late Refinement - Well done, if you've come this far! Because here you will finally be able to use those Qi Arts or techniques we talked about before. 90%. You can even advance to Foundation Establishment realm at this point.
- Peak Refinement - But you won't. Of course you won't, you're a genius. So here's your share of perfection, just leave the common populace alone, alright. 100%
Lifespan - [800 Years]
Foundation Establishment
- Initial Foundation - Before now, you trained and adapted your body. You gathered Qi in your dantian and finally you purified it as much as you could. But now it's time to take a one step further. It's time to build a foundation. The very first step to achieving a solid foundation is to harmonize your Qi and body. This stage affects your body by reinforcing it. At 30% synchronization.
- Solidified Foundation - Your Qi has affected your dantian by turning it more into an energy core, while your meridians transform into spirit pathways. At 70% Synchronization.
- Perfected Foundation - As always this is the stage where you get to show off your genius. But this time, it's a necessity. At 100% Synchronization.
Lifespan - [1,500 Years]
Core Formation Realm
- Golden Core - Your Qi has become solid and pure. Now it's time to refine it even more. This is where you're required to compress refined Qi into a core shape. But be careful because this is a very dangerous stage to pass through. Any imbalance will result in your energy core going Ka-Boom! Once you've successfully molded it into shape, it should've be golden in color.
- Jade Core - But golden doesn't mean it's good. There are still method and alchemy products that can improve your core further. At this stage, your core is translucent in opacity and faint white veins.
- Divine Core - But what are these white Veins. Well, turns out that these spots of white are in fact soul spots. As soul is much closer to the nature than the body, it adopts certain aspects of the world. Now it's time for you to do the same, and consciously. The end result will be a white ball of Divine Qi/Soul Qi.
Lifespan - [3,000 Years]
Nascent Soul Realm
- Nascent Soul Birth - If your Soul Qi has achieved the realm of spiritual awareness, then you're finally ready to give birth. Not to children but your Nascent soul. Within your divine core, an entity will be born known as nascent entity. With it's birth you'll awaken Spiritual Awareness, having the ability to know who's standing behind the wall and all that. You'll unlock telepathy and ability to perform soul-based techniques.
- Nascent Soul Growth - But your powers are far from perfection. A Spiritual Domain of 3 meters sounds nice, but 30 meters is even better. Allow your nascent soul to grow into maturity.
- Nascent Soul Perfection - And at last there's the end point. Your soul has reached its ultimate potential. And your Spiritual Domain can vastly vary depending on your potential. Could be 100 meters. Could be even more.
