Claudia wrapped her arms around Vanitas' neck, her fingers threading through his hair as she deepened the kiss. Her heart pounded so loudly she was sure he could hear it, but she didn't care.

'This is reckless, so reckless,' she thought, the heat of his lips against hers sending a shiver down her spine. 'But I don't want to stop. Even if I've completely lost my mind.'

Vanitas frozen in shock,

'What is this?' His thoughts spiraled as a foreign heat spread through his chest, unlike anything he'd ever known. It wasn't just the kiss—it was her. 'I should push her away. I must... but why does every part of me respond to her instead?'

Her scent filled his senses—subtle but intoxicating. It was maddening. He had every reason to break free, every reason to step back, but he couldn't. Instead, he found himself responding, leaning into her touch, the intensity of her kiss pulling him further into the moment.
