"Sharon, you said that you are not hungry, right? Then we should head back now. I am beginning to feel tired, and I need some rest. Let's go back now."
Daniel felt it would be dangerous for him to stay here longer. His friend had a foul mouth on him, and he looked ready to unleash some words at Sharon for what happened.
His consideration made Sharon frown, and she looked at her food worriedly.
"Let's just eat here. I suddenly started feeling hungry and wanted something in my stomach before we left."
Sharon sat back down, and that glare intensified.
Seeing how his lover had no intention of leaving this place, Daniel sighed and decided to give in to this situation.
He would face the music later once he had time to rethink what happened. But until then, he wanted to enjoy this silence a little longer.
The dinner seemed to last forever as Sharon ignored all social cues. He tried to pass her to tell her that they should leave.
